eagle2fly plans to develop scholarship opportunities that support the educational and career goals of orphaned young people ages 15–21. Our initial community focus is Orange County, California.
The program’s purpose is to reduce barriers to learning and help participants move toward greater independence. Scholarship support may focus on education, training, or exam-related goals, depending on the funding and award terms established.
Where things stand
Scholarships are in development. Award amounts, eligible expenses, selection criteria, application deadlines, and available funding have not yet been announced.
How to express interest

- If you wish, tell us what you hope to study or achieve.
You do not need to submit financial records, identity documents, or evidence of family circumstances with this initial application. If a scholarship opportunity opens, the team can explain its requirements and any additional steps.
What an initial application means
Submitting the form lets the team know you are interested. It is not an award application for a currently funded scholarship, a funding commitment, or a guarantee of selection. Any future award will have its own written terms.
