Potential deserves an opportunity.
An educational initiative with a practical purpose: helping young people build a more independent future.
Our purpose
eagle2fly exists to help orphaned young people ages 15–21 develop the skills to pursue employment and build a more secure future. We are starting in Orange County, California.
Our approach connects education with practical preparation. We plan to offer learning pathways in AI and digital tools, legal-office career exploration, exam preparation, and job readiness, alongside future scholarship opportunities.
Why education and career skills?
A young person’s next step may be an exam, a training course, a first interview, or simply discovering an area of interest. Useful education should help make that step more understandable and achievable.
Our aim is to help participants build knowledge, confidence, and habits they can carry into work and further study.
How we want to work
- Start with the person. Listen to a young person’s goals and interests.
- Make learning practical. Connect new knowledge with tasks and situations people can recognize.
- Respect dignity. Keep the focus on potential and avoid unnecessary requests for personal history.
- Be clear about opportunities. Explain program requirements and availability before enrollment.
Beginning in Orange County
Our initial focus is the Orange County community. Applicants can share their city so the team can consider location when planning opportunities. Regional eligibility and delivery arrangements will be explained for each program.
A name with room to grow.
eagle2fly is written with the number 2. The name reflects our belief that a stronger foundation can help a young person move toward a future they can shape.
A small step. A bigger future.
Tell us what you want to learn. Let’s explore what comes next.
